Kiṃ-sabb’-aññ’-eka-ya-kuhi dā-dācanaṃ

After “kiṃ”, “sabba”, “añña”, “eka”, “ya” and “ku”, [there are] ‘dā’ and ‘dācanaṃ’.

257. 276. Kiṃ-sabb’-aññ’-eka-ya-kuhi dā-dācanaṃ (505)

[Kiṃ-sabba-añña-eka-ya-kuhi + dā-dācanaṃ = 2 words]

Kiṃ sabba añña eka ya ku icc etehi dā dācanaṃ icc ete paccayā honti kāle sattamyatthe.

Kadā, sabbadā, aññadā, ekadā, yadā, kudācanaṃ.

After “kiṃ”, “sabba”, “añña”, “eka”, “ya” and “ku”, [there are] ‘dā’ and ‘dācanaṃ’.
In the meaning of the seventh [inflection], in time, after “kiṃ”, “sabba”, “añña”, “eka”, “ya” and “ku” there are the suffixes ‘dā’ and ‘dācanaṃ’.
  1. Kadā = kiṃ + dā (‘dā’ is used in the meaning of the seventh inflection to indicate time (§257); “kiṃ” is substituted by “ka” (§227)).
  2. Sabbadā = sabba + dā (‘dā’ is used in the meaning of the seventh inflection to indicate time (§257)).
  3. Aññadā = añña + dā (‘dā’ is used in the meaning of the seventh inflection to indicate time (§257)).
