Sabbato dhi

After “sabba”, [there is] ‘dhi’.

250. 268. Sabbato dhi (502)

[Sabbato + dhi = 2 words]

Sabba icc etasmā dhi-paccayo hoti kvaci sattamyatthe.

Sabbadhi, sabbasmiṃ.

After “sabba”, [there is] ‘dhi’.
Sometimes, in the meaning of the seventh [inflection], after “sabba” there is the suffix ‘dhi’.
  1. Sabbadhi = sabba + dhi (‘dhi’ is used in the meaning of the seventh inflection (§250)).
  2. Sabbasmiṃ = sabba + smiṃ (form with the regular inflection, allowed by “sometimes”).
