[Brahmato + gassa + ca = 3 words]

Tasmā brahmato gassa ca ekāro hoti.

He brahme.

And after “brahma”, [there is ‘e’] of ‘ga’.
And after “brahma”, ‘ga’ becomes ‘e’.
  1. Brahme = brahma + si (‘si’ is named ‘ga’ (§57); ‘ga’ is substituted by ‘e’ (§193); ‘a’ of “brahma” is elided (§83)).
