Tato smiṃ ni

After this, ‘smiṃ’ [becomes] ‘ni’.

[Tato + smiṃ + ni = 3 words]

Tato attato smiṃvacanassa ni hoti. Attani.

After this, ‘smiṃ’ [becomes] ‘ni’.
After “atta”, the inflection ‘smiṃ’ becomes ‘ni’.
  1. Attani = atta + smiṃ (‘smiṃ’ is substituted by ‘ni’ (§212)).
